Our CNC machining shop is equipped with range of precision machining, milling and turning equipment. All the units are coupled with CNC (computer numerical control) to optimize the productivity and meet the exact specifications provided by the clients. Our machining service center has facilities for both Vertical machining and Acne turning. Most of the CNC machines are three axis (X axis, Y axis, Z axis), which provides greater accuracy with better control over the procedure. Additional axis can also be provided using rotatory table.

A combination of sub-spindle and driven tool lathes mean that secondary operations such as cross drilled holes, flats, hexagons, slots and internal threads become rapid in a single set-up process. This leads to considerable reduction on both cost and production time.
