IN HOUSE TOOL ROOM
Rajshi holds distinct edge in the industry as it has its own tool room. State of the art tooling facility comprises of talented pool of design engineers, latest machines like Milling, Radial drill, EDM, 3 axis and 5 axis machining center to make and assemble complete tool in house. Besides this Rajshi also supports its customer with technical know how and design changes for better casting production and feasibility.
Ability to use 3D models CAD/CAM, solidworks, Delcam etc facilities customers across the globe to order tooling to Rajshi. If any design changes also occur than within a period of small time rectifications in the tooling is possible.
Our Engineering and Tooling departments support our goals of zero defects and continuous improvement by maintaining our tooling in excellent running condition, by utilizing in-die sensors, and by keeping current on the latest technologies.
